This cube craft paper toy is Billy, a dim-witted, happy-go-lucky boy living in Endsville, based on the TV anime series The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy (often shortened to simply Billy and Mandy), this paper craft was created by Toon-Orochi. Billy is best friends with the Grim Reaper and Mandy, who treats him more like a servant than a friend, never being one to pass over the opportunity to influence the stupid. He was born with an extremely low IQ of -5, having been outperformed by a shovel and 2 candy bracelets on an IQ test. Good-natured and incredibly dopey, Billy's curiosity tends to get him into trouble he can't get out of by himself. Billy enjoys the company of Mandy and Grim and would do just about anything for them.
Billy and Mandy met as three-year old toddlers, when he came over to her house, repeatedly ringing her doorbell to annoy her enough to answer. When she did, the first thing she said to him was, "Are you some kind of idiot?" When he pointed out that she had no nose, he proceeded in shoving an ice cream cone in her face. Angered, Mandy punched Billy in the face, calling him a freak. Billy simply laughed and remarked that "she digs" me. According to Harold, that day was the start of Billy and Mandy's friendship. Years later, while Billy and Mandy were celebrating the tenth birthday of Billy's old pet hamster, Mr. Snuggles, the Grim Reaper appeared to reap the old hamster's soul. Mandy refused to give the Reaper the hamster and offered to play a game for its soul instead. If the Reaper wins, he would get the hamster's soul. Grim, assured of his victory, sweetened the deal on their behalf by promising that if they win, he would be their best friend "forever and ever." Grim took Billy and Mandy to play, where they competed in Grim's favorite game - limbo. Mandy cheated, and Grim was doomed to be the "best friend" of the two kids for all of eternity.
Billy has an extremely large pink nose inherited from his father and orange hair from his mother. He wears a white T shirt with horizontal blue stripe, dark blue jeans, and covers his ginger hair with a dark red hat. He also wears white and red sneakers. He becomes a scientist for Underfist later on. By then, he starts wearing safety goggles, a white lab coat, purple gloves, and black boots, looking very much like Dexter from Dexter's Laboratory or Professor Membrane from Invader Zim.
Due to Billy's idiotic foolish desires, which he orders Grim to bring about, he is often the cause of Grim and Mandy's mishaps. Although generally good-natured, he has occasional fits of stubbornness, violence, anger, and rage, which shows insanity that even Mandy seems to fear. While Billy is the most innocent character of the three, he ends up causing the most problems due to his irrational and often impulsive choice of actions, usually by deliberatly doing what other expressly told him not to do. Billy is terrified of clowns to the point of having recurring nightmares about them, although eventually, due to an encounter with his inner frat boy, his fear is transformed into a psychotic loathing and hatred for them, as shown in "Attack of the Clowns ." He is also scared of the mailman and spiders, which is quite unfortunate because he is Jeff's father, and Jeff is a huge spider.
The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy is an American animated television series that aired on Cartoon Network. The show began in 2003 and is a spin-off of the show Grim & Evil. The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy follows two children, Mandy and Billy, who after winning a game to save Billy's pet, gain the Grim Reaper as their best friend forever.
The series is centered around the exploits of two young children - the optimistic, dim-witted, and kindhearted Billy, and the dark, ill-tempered, and sinister Mandy. After cheating at a limbo match against the Grim Reaper, he is enslaved in a perpetual, unwanted friendship with the children, who use his magical abilities and supernatural powers to venture into supernatural locations or environments, such as the underworld, inhabited by an assortment of grotesque monstrous beasts. The pair also may use Grim's enormously strong supernatural abilities or ties with a number of beastly characters to achieve goals or desires for themselves with grotesque, altered, or twisted end results. Famed fictional monsters including Dracula, the Wolfman, and the bogeyman are also comically depicted in the series, which also includes the characters of the nerdy, awkward Irwin and the snobby, stuck-up, spoiled Mindy.
The continuity of the show is far from clear, as many episodes leave complex situations unresolved. Characters sometimes display an awareness of some events from previous episodes, but rarely do they stay gone when exiled or dead when killed. There are no clear character arcs or coherent plot lines tying the show together, but its randomness is part of the humor. Two universal constants remain throughout the series: that Mandy is always cold-hearted and evil, and Billy is always idiotic and stupid.
