This building paper model is the church St. Martin in Langenau, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, the papercraft is designed by gumhold. The scale of the paper craft is 1:250. The church of St. Martin in Langenau, a town in the Alb-Donau district, is the tallest building in town and city landmark. The tower is 63 meters high and visible from afar.
The tower was built in 1490 as already protect and guard tower in the city. The nave was built in several phases. 1441, the choir was completed. It was built in the Gothic style. A Romanesque church should have in the 8th Century have stood on the present site. The whole church stands on the remains of a Roman temple from the 8th Century. The interior was remodeled in the years 1668-1669 in Baroque style.
The interior is decorated in the Baroque style. The seating of the ship is aligned to the pulpit. In the choir, the two Protestant sacraments are shown. Also in the chancel stands a high altar for the distribution of Holy Communion and a Gothic font.
