
Here’s a second Canon post for today, this one is a papercraft airplane from Canon Creative Park (Japan) featuring the Spirit of St. Louis. This was the first single engine, single seat monoplane that made a non-stop transatlantic flight from New York to Paris (May 21-22 1927. The pilot was Charles Lindbergh and he won prize (Orteig Prize) of $25,000 for completing the trip.
