This paper toy is the Kamen Rider Den-O, based on the manga / anime Kamen Rider Series. The papercraft is created by Azrael. Kamen Rider Den-O is the primary protagonist and eponymous character of the 2007 Kamen Rider series, Kamen Rider Den-O. The name Den-O belongs to any of seven of the characters forming Kamen Rider Den-O, either by himself, as a combination of two characters or a melee of four or five.
Plat Form is Den-O's most basic form as well as Ryotaro's original 'personal' rider form. It is a black and white form that is activated when first initiating a transformation using a Rider Pass. If the corresponding color-coded button is selected, then by swiping the Pass once more, a form change will occur. Ryotaro rarely uses this form, as it does not have sufficient armor and pales in comparison to the abilities of the other forms. Only when he does not want the assistance of the Tarōs or is transitioning into Liner Form, does he use this form. Plat Form is designed and named after a railway platform. This form acts more like a base that Den-O's Imagin can be used to transition into other forms.
Kamen Rider Den-O is the seventeenth installment in the popular Kamen Rider Series of tokusatsu programs. It is a joint collaboration between Ishimori Productions and Toei. It premiered January 28, 2007 on TV Asahi, and concluded airing on January 20, 2008. It aired alongside Juken Sentai Gekiranger for Super Hero Time 2007. Its lead actor Takeru Satoh is the first Kamen Rider Series lead born in the Heisei period of Japanese history.
The catchphrases for the series are "Traveling through time, here I come!" and "The time train, DenLiner! Will its next stop be in the past or the future?".
